I found Lexi Clark when I was frantically searching for a foreclosure home to purchase through my 1031 land exchange. The law allows a set amount of time to make the sale. My time was running out as I had not found any property and I only had 7 days left. I nearly gave up my search since my previous realtor was unable to procure something within my requirements. Lexi’s photo showed up on a web ad so I gave her a call. Within a few hours she had compiled a list of 5 houses. The next day we visited three. Given my difficult restrictions Lexi had a challenge, but she perservered. During those last 5 days she and I looked at houses, she researched, she bargained, she contacted banks, and she networked beyond the real estate industry. Her approach was never that of a salesperson but rather that of helper, and a hard worker at that! On the final day, she found a house that met my criteria. After normal business hours she continued her tenacity and I was able to get the house I needed.
