SaddleBrooke is the ideal Arizona Retirement Community to live in. The residents are friendly and welcoming and there is just so much to do. It is truly a wonderful place to live. There are 2 other Major Retirement Communities in Northwest Tucson, Sun City Vistoso and Heritage Highlands.SaddleBrooke Retirement Community is a wonderful Retirement Community in Tucson with lots to offer for active retirees. SaddleBrooke is the largest Master Planned Community, and also the largest retirement community in the Tucson area. SaddleBrooke lies just on the Northwest part of Tucson. This is an Age Restricted Retirement Community and generally one person must be at least 55 years of age (Under Certain Conditions that age limit may be reduced to 40 years old).
SaddleBrooke has 3 club houses, and wonderful restaurants which serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sundays are pasta nights. Fridays are happy hour at The Preserve.
There are several golf courses in SaddleBrooke as well as several tennis courts. SaddleBrooke has a very active tennis group in the Tucson area. There are three clubhouses, community pools and lots of fun activities for everyone. SaddleBrooke is located at the base of the Catalina Mountains. Most of the homes have spectacular views of mountain and sunset views.
The homes for sale in SaddleBrooke are mostly contemporary style although there are a few southwestern style homes to choose from. Most SaddleBrooke homes are newer and they are still building homes in SaddleBrooke today.
Driving Directions: Go North from Oro Valley on Oracle Road. Pass through the small town of Catalina. Once past Catalina you will take a right on SaddleBrooke Blvd. which is the first light past Catalina. Follow SaddleBrooke Blvd. and you'll see SaddleBrooke spread out below as you crest the hill.
